The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Dean Styles and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cascio Ferro looks to score with a jab to the body but Woods is just out of range.
As Cascio Ferro tries to get set, Woods tries to push him back and clinch up but Cascio Ferro manages to avoid the attempt.
A left and a right from Cascio Ferro both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Riley Woods has been cut.
Cascio Ferro throws out a loose jab but Woods uses good head movement to avoid it.
Woods thinks about countering with a head kick.
Woods throws a sloppy head kick and Cascio Ferro moves out of range easily.
Cascio Ferro feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Woods sprawling to the canvas! Woods rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Cascio Ferro finish him?!
Woods is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cascio Ferro feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Woods crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Vito Cascio Ferro!
