Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roscoe Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anatoly Petkrovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Anatoly Petkrovic!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Petkrovic's head.
Petkrovic takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Jones jabs Petkrovic to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Petkrovic throws a jab but it's blocked by Jones.
Jones closes the distance and clinches.
Jones misses with a short punch on the inside.
Jones lands a hook to the side of the head.
Jones swings wildly with an uppercut but Petkrovic uses good head movement to avoid it.
Petkrovic wants to take the fight to the mat but Jones manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Petkrovic avoids a wild elbow strike from Jones.

Jones working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

Jones works on Petkrovic's body with a couple of short punches.
Jones lands a hook that snaps the head of Petkrovic backwards.

Jones breaks from the clinch.
Petkrovic gets tackled into the cage by Jones. Jones maintains the clinch.
Jones lands a left hand.
Jones prevents a takedown attempt there.
Still in the clinch, Jones scores with a nice short uppercut.
Jones lands with a left to the head.
Jones pushes Petkrovic back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Jones works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Jones.
Petkrovic is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jones lands a left hand that snaps the head of Petkrovic backwards.
Petkrovic is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him?
Jones lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Jones lands with a light punch inside.
Petkrovic stalling in the clinch but Jones improves position.
Jones breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Jones scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Jones circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Petkrovic to the canvas! Petkrovic doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Jones keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Roscoe Jones!
