Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, The Iron! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mikky Milky Way! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Dirk Anderson and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Milky Way will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Iron throwing a counter right hand but Milky Way manages to avoid it. Iron stuffs the takedown. Mikky Milky Way seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Milky Way shoots and misses and Iron counters with a stiff right hand. The Iron has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikky Milky Way. Milky Way gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Iron makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Iron lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Milky Way should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Milky Way shoots and misses and Iron counters with a left to the body. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Milky Way has eaten all the pies! Milky Way shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Iron as he jumps to the side. Iron lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nice uppercut there from Iron. Iron leaves Milky Way with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. It looked like Iron was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Milky Way. Milky Way manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Iron on his heels. He'll look to pass Iron's guard now, I'm sure. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Milky Way drops back looking for a leg! Iron is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Iron manages to kick Milky Way off! Milky Way jumps back into Iron's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Iron can't keep his opponent in guard - Milky Way advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Milky Way is working for a kimura but Iron is defending it quite comfortably.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Iron is refusing to be controlled, as Milky Way sits in half guard. Iron on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Iron tries to get out of the position. Milky Way wants to work for an arm triangle but Iron is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Iron tries to roll over but Milky Way keeps him under control. Milky Way is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Iron has managed to free his arm - good work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Milky Way seems to be working for a kimura but Iron defends the submission attempt. Milky Way is looking for a kimura here.
Milky Way seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Iron does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Milky Way fails with the takedown enabling Iron to counter with a crisp jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Milky Way. A little feinted left hand from Iron on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Iron fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Milky Way shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Iron defends it nicely. Iron swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Milky Way takes one on the button. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Milky Way shoots for a takedown but Iron saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Milky Way misses with a takedown attempt and Iron counters with a straight right hand. Milky Way shoots for a double leg takedown but Iron sprawls well. He's pushed Milky Way's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
The Iron dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Milky Way tries for a takedown but Iron circles away easily and Iron counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Milky Way with a lazy takedown attempt and Iron counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Milky Way shoots in and drives through. Iron sprawls well. The Iron has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikky Milky Way. Milky Way tries for a takedown but Iron circles away easily and Iron counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Iron lands a lovely overhand right.
Milky Way is rocked! Milky Way shoots in for a takedown but Iron shows good takedown defense. Milky Way doesn't succeed with the takedown and Iron counters with a lovely straight right hand! Milky Way is still on wobbly legs! Can Iron finish him? Iron is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Milky Way can do to turn this around? Milky Way misses with a takedown attempt and Iron counters with a crisp right that sends Milky Way to the canvas! Iron follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). The Iron! During a confident post fight interview, The Iron thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
