Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Lovell.
Lovell clinches.
Chan is trying to pull guard but Lovell turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Chan tries to pull guard but Lovell forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Chan pulls guard effortlessly.
Lovell wants to control from the top but Chan keeps moving.
Lovell stands up and waves to Chan to follow him.
Chan tries to keep at a distance but Lovell has taken the fight into the clinch.
Chan pulls guard effortlessly.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lovell won't allow Chan to sweep him here.
Chan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lovell's guard.
Chan is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Chan drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Lovell dives on top into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lovell trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Lovell might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Lovell wants to control from the top but Chan keeps moving.
Lovell drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Chan manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Lovell has Chan in his guard.
Lovell is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Chan passes Lovell's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Chan seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lovell does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lovell is looking for a sweep. Chan is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Chan tries to pass the half guard into mount. Lovell knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Chan maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Lovell could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Chan has cracked it and Lovell is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Chan!
