Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Truman Goverdeen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kirk Angel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Angel is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mudvayne-Fall Into Sleep. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goverdeen throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Angel stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Angel pushes Goverdeen up against the cage in a clinch.
Goverdeen is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Angel drops down looking for an ankle pick but Goverdeen pulls his leg out and moves away.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Angel accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

It looks like Truman Goverdeen has been cut.
Goverdeen is breathing heavily.
Angel loads up on a big left hand. Goverdeen felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Angel looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Goverdeen can't hide his disappointment, as Angel celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kirk Angel!
Kirk Angel gave a mention to LOPS 160q $149 in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
