Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Clint Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Boggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boggs has chosen "Miami Vice Theme" by Jan Hammer as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Tyson Boggs enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Clint Price! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 9 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tyson Boggs! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Dmitry Maklakov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Price tries to clinch but fails miserably and Boggs counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Price! Price is trying to buck Boggs off. Boggs is trying to get an arm triangle but Price is defending well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boggs misses with the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Price is trying to get back to half guard. Boggs is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Price is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Price is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Boggs throws a strike aimed at the side of Price's head but Price avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Boggs lands some shots froms side control. Boggs working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Price looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Boggs working away. Boggs lands a nice forearm strike. Price is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Price manages to work his way to half guard, despite Boggs's best efforts.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boggs wants to stand up but Price has a hold of him and won't allow it.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Price throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Boggs's waist but Boggs gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Price off to one side. Price is breathing heavily. Boggs scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Boggs tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Boggs wants to stand but Price is controlling his arm.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Boggs working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Boggs working the body and head with strikes. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Boggs is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Price has escaped the position, nice work there. Price is looking for a sweep. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tyson Boggs dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Price will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Boggs changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Price looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Boggs tries to stand but Price is controlling his head. Price is trying to improve his position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boggs is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Price knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's one minute gone in the round. Price is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Price tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Boggs wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Price manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Price tries to pass to full mount but Boggs defends it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Boggs missing with punches from the bottom.
Boggs tries to get to full guard but Price has control of the leg. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boggs is defending against the submission attempts here by Price.
Boggs avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Price. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Boggs can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boggs makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Boggs. Price trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Boggs striking from his own guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Boggs moves out of range of the body kick. Price shoots in looking for a takedown. Boggs tries to sprawl out of it but Price keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Boggs manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Despite the aggression on Boggs's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Price tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Boggs manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Boggs is trying to counter with his kicks. A punch combination from Price misses. Boggs tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Boggs shoots for a takedown but Price saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Boggs blocks a head kick by Price.
Boggs lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Boggs tries to keep at a distance but Price has taken the fight into the clinch. Boggs is trying to trip Price. He has hold of a leg but Price is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Boggs persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Boggs has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Boggs postures up.
Boggs slips nicely into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tyson Boggs showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Boggs drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Price escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Boggs gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Boggs drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Price dives on top into guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Price throwing strikes but missing. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Price wants to pass the guard but Boggs is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Boggs is on top in guard.
Price is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Boggs dives into side control.
Boggs tries to stand but Price controls the position and pulls Boggs into his guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Boggs lands a couple of digs. Price bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Boggs's guard.
Tyson Boggs has got the better of the ground game so far. Boggs is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Price trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Boggs manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Price isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Boggs stacks Price on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Boggs!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Price is working to avoid the ground and pound but Boggs connects with a decent elbow. Boggs working the head with strikes. Price struggling a bit here. Price is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Boggs off and has taken his back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Price misses with a punch to the head. Price is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Boggs breaks Price's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Clint Price has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Tyson Boggs is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Boggs engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Let's hope that Boggs has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
And that's the end of the fight! Tyson Boggs comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Boggs winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
