Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kane Grey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trev Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of London, Kane Grey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Trev Allen! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grey tries to clinch but Allen is having none of it. Grey instigates a clinch. Allen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Grey fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Allen, pushing him back against the cage. Allen tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Allen on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Allen looking for a takedown. Allen prevents a body shot from Grey. Grey can't break the clinch.
Allen blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Grey can't find room to land a body shot as Allen controls the action.
Grey is trying to break the clinch but Allen is controlling him. Allen breaks from the clinch.
No luck for Allen with that takedown attempt. Grey quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.

Kane Grey is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Allen misses with the combination.
Allen looks to land a right hand but Grey moved out of range. Grey is looking to counter punch. The fight stays on the outside here - Grey looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Allen is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. We've been hearing reports that Grey has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Grey pushes Allen up against the cage in a clinch. Allen is leaning against Grey and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Allen avoids the elbow strike from Grey, against the cage.
Allen is trying to drag Grey to the mat but Grey just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Kane Grey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Trev Allen. Grey throws a punch but it's blocked by Allen.

Grey makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Allen landing knees to the body.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Allen. Allen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Grey tries to clinch but fails miserably and Allen counters with a one-two to the body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Grey gets off balance looking for a body kick and Allen counters with a nice double leg into guard. Allen content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Allen decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Grey defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Allen. Grey seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Allen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Grey is fending him off so far but Allen persists. Nope, Grey circles away and we're back to standing. Grey is looking for a counter combo. Grey moves in looking to clinch but Allen pushes him off. Allen is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Allen thuds his shin into the meat of Grey's side. The fight moves into the clinch position. Allen breaks from the clinch.
Grey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Allen swats him away and circles back towards the center. Allen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Grey swivels and escapes. Grey displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Allen. Grey could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Allen lands a right hand that snaps the head of Grey backwards.

Grey instigates a clinch. Allen prevents a body shot from Grey. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Allen tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Trev Allen dominated that round. The cut man is working on Kane Grey's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Grey tries to clinch up but Allen circles away and keeps his distance. Grey tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Allen paws at him with a jab and circles away. Grey tries to clinch but Allen moves out of range. Allen thinks about the counter body kick. Allen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Allen gets a double leg takedown into Grey's guard. Allen pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Grey is keeping the position for now. Grey is trying to keep Allen in close.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Grey is looking to stand up but Allen isn't so interested in that idea. Grey is wriggling around but Allen manages to pass to half guard.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Allen is looking to advance position but Grey won't allow it.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Allen has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Grey gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Allen trying to control but Grey is working from the bottom. Allen might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Grey haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Allen won't allow Grey to get back to his feet. Allen missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Allen is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Allen throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Allen gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Grey counters with a straight right hand. Kane Grey is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. The fight moves into the clinch position.

Allen manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Grey on his heels. He'll look to pass Grey's guard now, I'm sure. Grey is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Allen lands a couple of elbows. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Allen seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Trev Allen has got the better of the ground game so far. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Grey clinches up with Allen and pushes him back against the cage. Allen managing to block the knees to the body from Grey.

Allen shoots in but Grey avoids the takedown attempt easily. Allen swats away the attempt to clinch by Grey. Allen throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Grey was covering up waiting for the punch and Allen finishes the takedown easily into guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Allen lands a head kick. Grey smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Grey tries to close the distance and clinch but Allen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Allen misses with a takedown attempt - Grey sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Allen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Allen shoots in for a takedown but Grey shows good takedown defense. Grey avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Allen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Allen goes for a double leg but Grey avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Grey continues to drive forward. It looked like Grey was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Grey looks to land a body kick but Allen moved away. Grey wants to clinch. Grey tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Allen! But no joy. Grey wants to clinch up but Allen keeps it at a distance. Grey tries to clinch but Allen is having none of it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Allen explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Trev Allen seems to be getting the better of the standup. Allen ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Kane Grey has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Trev Allen is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Good leg kick by Allen there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Trev Allen. I've got Allen winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
