The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith scores with a takedown into Page's guard.
Smith loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Page tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Page keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully.
Smith is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Smith passes easily into side control. Nice work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smith trying to control the action but Page is working from the bottom.
Page is looking for a sweep.
Page could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Smith throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Smith advances to full mount.
Smith tries to control but Page wriggling away.
Smith working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Page turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Smith off and cradles Page's limp body as Smith celebrates with his corner.
