Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gelo Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cesar Cueto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man tries for a takedown but Cueto sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Man fails with a takedown attempt.
Cueto throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Man looks for a takedown but Cueto sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gelo Man. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Man connects with a high kick.

and Man moves into the clinch.
Man gets underhooks to prevent Cueto's takedown attempt.

Man successfully pulls guard.
Man wants to stand and escape but Cueto is having none of it.
Cueto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Man swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Cueto drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Man dives on top into guard.
Man wants to control from the top but Cueto keeps moving.

Cueto has clasped his hands together around Man's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Man is not content to let Cueto control the position.

Cueto tries to stand but Man controls the position and pulls Cueto into his guard.
Cueto thows a big elbow that misses.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Man is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Still in half guard, Man seems content to control.

A close round but Cesar Cueto will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Gelo Man has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cesar Cueto.
Cueto wants to sweep but no luck.

Man has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Cueto is proving hard to escape from.

Cueto feints and as Man raises his hands in defense, Cueto changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Cueto sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Man's guard.
Cueto not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Cueto is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Cueto uses his free foot to push down on Man's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Man.
Man is wriggling around trying to escape.
Cueto is in the full mount, landing strikes.

That was a close second round but I would say that Gelo Man will probably get the nod.
That's time! Man's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Cueto takes the fight into the clinch.
