Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Carlous Lejonet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sammy DeStefano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sammy DeStefano!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lejonet tries to clinch but DeStefano moves away
and DeStefano connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Lejonet gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
DeStefano throws a series of punches but Lejonet avoids them all with ease.

DeStefano cracks Lejonet with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Lejonet tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but DeStefano pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Lejonet is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sammy DeStefano!
A less than humble Sammy DeStefano misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
