The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ty takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Galindo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
ty closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
ty wants to work for an arm triangle but Galindo is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
ty trying to mount his opponent but Galindo defends it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
ty in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Galindo tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from ty!
