Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rupert Bright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oh My (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Rupert Bright! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Oh My! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Phil Schofield and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! My misses with the combination.
My throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bright tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. My is in Bright's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Bright has a closed guard, preventing My from standing up. My decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Bright, up you get! Bright shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. My makes his way to full guard. A much better position for My. Bright missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Bright lands a couple of elbows.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bright works over My with some ground and pound from guard. Bright will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. My will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Bright seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bright gets to his feet. My looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Bright avoids a punch combination nicely.
Oh My seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. No joy there for My, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bright shoots in and bounces My off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. My really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bright. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bright trying to control the position from guard on top but My is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bright controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Bright missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Bright looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Bright stands up from guard. Let's bang!
That's three minutes gone in the round. My looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bright shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in My's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bright is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bright keeps the fight in the clinch, despite My's efforts to push away. Bright has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics My uses from the top position. My stands up from Bright's guard - My perhaps looking for a knockout. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Rupert Bright will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Rupert Bright's cut. That's time! Bright's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
My gets a clinch. My has had enough of the clinch but Bright keeps him there for the moment. My looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Bright breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Bright drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. My takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. My is not content to let Bright control the position. Bright tries for a kimura but My is defending well.

Bright went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. My misses with a two punch combination.
My scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. My is breathing heavily. Bright has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. My is working away from the top position though. My stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. My rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bright moves out of range and avoids them all easily. My drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bright gets back to half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bright pushes My off and gets back to his feet. My closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - My lands in his opponent's guard. Bright manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Bright manages to break the clinch.

My throws a nice looking combination but Bright bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. And Bright counters with a quick kick to the body but My blocks it.

My moves into the clinch. Bright pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. My throws a left and a right that both miss
and Bright counters with a one-two to the body. Oh My seems to be getting the better of the standup. Bright clinches up against the cage. Bright breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bright manages to break the clinch.

Bright feints and as My raises his hands in defense, Bright changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Rupert Bright overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Bright tries to stand but My is controlling from the bottom. Bright throwing strikes from guard but My blocks nicely. My being controlled here, momentarily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

My wanted to stand there but Bright had control of the position. Bright is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Bright wriggles free and stands up.

Bright decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Bright stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. My gets a double leg takedown into Bright's guard. My gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. My fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bright to the ground. My is now in Bright's guard. My must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. My loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Bright looking for a sweep. Not yet Bright, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bright wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and My is now in half guard. My tries to stand but can't do so whilst Bright controls his leg. My seems to be looking for submissions.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bright is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of My's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take My's back! Bright is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but My won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Bright off his unconscious opponent!
