The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Singh is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Chico's half guard.
Chico is looking to escape.
Singh content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Singh stops Chico from getting back to his feet.
Singh looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Chico with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Singh takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Singh seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Singh is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Chico is hurt! He's hurt bad - Singh fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Chico from any more punishment! Congratulations to Singh! Great finish!
