Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Holden James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brick House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think James might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Aerials. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
32 - 23 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Holden James! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brick House! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Emerson Jorge and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! James shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. James throws a hook to the side of House's head but House sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. James ducks under a wild hook from House. James bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of House's head.
It looks like Brick House has been cut. House throws a body punch but James moves out of range. House has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. James fakes high and swings low for a body shot but House manages to avoid it. James uses good head movement to avoid the hook from House. James lands a nice looking body shot.
James takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
House lands a jab. James instigates a clinch. James lands a left hand.
House is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. James lands an elbow just above House 's eye. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! James lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of House backwards. A frustrated look appears on House's face as he tries to break the clinch. James gets through House's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. House wants to break free but James has control.
That's one minute gone in the round. House tries to work over James's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. James lands a right hand that snaps the head of House backwards. House has a couple of punches blocked by James.
A quick uppercut on the inside from James. House wants to get back to striking at distance but James won't allow it.
James misses with a punch to the body.
House taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
James breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
James displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as House throws out the jab. James feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to House's calf. James moves out of range as House strikes. A decent looking cross lands there for House. House stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from James. House fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
James scores with a shot to the body.
James throws a head kick that misses. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! James lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. James slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. James throws a head kick that half lands.
House is rocked! James throws a monster overhand right that drops House! James follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Holden James! Holden James retains his welterweight title! A less than humble Holden James misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
