Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Helix Cabrera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luigi Vercotti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cabrera comes to the cage accompanied by Sparzanza - Follow Me. Vercotti is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Poverty - Ennio Morricone. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Joseph Jones and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters circling a little - Cabrera finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Vercotti working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
