The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cropp throws a right and a left that both miss.

Volcanic lands a big head kick that sends Cropp tumbling to the mat! Volcanic takes a step backwards and waves Cropp back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Cropp dives in for a single leg takedown but Volcanic sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Cropp's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
The fight stays on the outside here - Volcanic looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Volcanic tries to bum rush Cropp with a series of wild strikes but Cropp uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Cropp checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Cropp with the counter takedown but Volcanic avoids it easily.
Cropp does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Volcanic defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cropp.
Volcanic appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Volcanic will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Cropp changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
