Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Prince Salas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl La Boca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carl La Boca has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
La Boca shoots for a takedown but Salas saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
La Boca shoots in but Salas avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Salas decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
La Boca tries to roll over but Salas keeps him under control.
Salas prevents La Boca from standing back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Salas scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Salas not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
La Boca really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Salas. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Salas is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so La Boca is just riding it out for now. Salas eventually gives up the hold.

La Boca gets back to full guard.
Salas wants to pass the guard but La Boca is keeping the position.
Salas won't allow La Boca to sweep him here.
Salas with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Salas scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
La Boca has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Salas decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
La Boca wants to clinch up but Salas keeps it at a distance.
Good exchange - La Boca coming out on top.
Salas avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Carl La Boca seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
La Boca shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Salas sprawls well. Salas wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. La Boca gets slowly back to his feet.
Prince Salas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carl La Boca.

La Boca moves in looking to clinch but Salas pushes him off.
La Boca shoots in for a double leg but Salas sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
La Boca looks winded!
La Boca tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Salas feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Salas is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Salas thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Salas throws a big right hand that misses.
Salas lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Salas is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Salas is looking to work some ground and pound but La Boca has wrist control.

Salas drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Salas as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! La Boca screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Salas! Nice submission victory there!
