The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Robinson shoots in and bounces Alavarez off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Alavarez shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Robinson eats them both and turns towards Alavarez to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Alavarez goes for a double leg but Robinson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Robinson continues to drive forward.
