Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Genaro Carr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdul Jabbar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Genaro Carr! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Abdul Jabbar! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carr dodges the punch combination from Jabbar.
Jabbar manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Carr on his heels. He'll look to pass Carr's guard now, I'm sure. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jabbar controls from within his opponent's guard. Carr wants to stand but Jabbar is controlling the position. Jabbar looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Carr wants to stand and escape but Jabbar is having none of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jabbar stays in close to Carr's body and controls the position. Carr is trying to control the position but Jabbar postures up. Carr knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jabbar on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jabbar engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Jabbar missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Jabbar controlling from the top position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Jabbar clinches up with Carr and pushes him back against the cage. Jabbar works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Jabbar not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jabbar's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Jabbar wants to get up but he can't break Carr's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Jabbar is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jabbar closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Jabbar lands in his opponent's guard. Carr will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Jabbar looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jabbar gets a clinch. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jabbar drops down looking for an ankle pick but Carr pulls his leg out and moves away.
Carr tries to clinch but Jabbar is having none of it. Jabbar moves into the clinch successfully.
Jabbar is trying to drag Carr to the mat but Carr just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Abdul Jabbar dominated that round. That's time! Carr's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jabbar forces Carr back against the cage and clinches. Jabbar has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jabbar is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Carr can't fight it off and eventually Jabbar manages to take the fight to the floor. Carr looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Jabbar postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Jabbar seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jabbar won't allow Carr to sweep him here. Carr really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Jabbar shoots in and bounces Carr off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Jabbar distracts Carr with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Jabbar slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Abdul Jabbar has got the better of the ground game so far. Jabbar lands a couple of decent looking shots. Carr trying to keep a closed guard but Jabbar is proving a slippery customer.

Carr is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jabbar is defending well for now. Jabbar gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Carr regains guard.
Jabbar slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Jabbar with a nice head shot there. Carr is rocked! Jabbar is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Oh Carr is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Jabbar sitting in guard, not really doing much. Jabbar arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Carr's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
