Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mike Tysson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ari Sotaheimo!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sotaheimo is looking to clinch but Tysson is avoiding it.
Sotaheimo scores with a leg kick.
Tysson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Sotaheimo manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
The fighters circling - Tysson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Sotaheimo using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Tysson has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Sotaheimo lands a knee to the head.
Tysson avoiding damage.
Sotaheimo misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Tysson.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tysson tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Sotaheimo's elbow.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tysson seems to have got his legs back now.

Sotaheimo has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Tysson!
Tysson avoids a series of strikes thrown by Sotaheimo.

Sotaheimo landing strikes from the mount and Tysson is in trouble!

Tysson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sotaheimo on the ground.

Tysson wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Sotaheimo.

Tysson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Sotaheimo looking to ground and pound but Tysson is blocking nicely.
Sotaheimo can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tysson is looking to escape.
Sotaheimo throwing strikes here but Tysson is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Tysson wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Sotaheimo.

Sotaheimo trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Tysson holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Sotaheimo tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Sotaheimo throwing shots from mount but they're not landing.
Sotaheimo sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Sotaheimo lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

BOOM! Sotaheimo connects with a massive shot to the dome!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

As Sotaheimo tries to get set, Tysson tries to push him back and clinch up but Sotaheimo manages to avoid the attempt.
Tysson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Tysson lands with an uppercut that bounces Sotaheimo off the cage and back into range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tysson is looking to clinch but Sotaheimo is avoiding it.
Sotaheimo swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Tysson tries to close the distance and clinch but Sotaheimo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sotaheimo looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Ari Sotaheimo seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Tysson wants to clinch up but Sotaheimo keeps it at a distance.
As Tysson backs off Sotaheimo throws a huge counter combo but Tysson manages to avoid it all.
Tysson tries to clinch there but Sotaheimo circles away.
Tysson moves in looking to clinch but Sotaheimo pushes him off.
Sotaheimo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tysson's calf.

Tysson misses with a hook to the ribs.

Sotaheimo lands a big knee to the head and Tysson goes down! Sotaheimo pounces and finishes the fight with strikes! He jumps to his feet and celebrates with the crowd!
