9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jens Pedersen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sousuke Kamida! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Kamida. Pedersen is working to avoid the ground and pound but Kamida connects with a decent elbow. Pedersen tries to improve position but can't. Kamida misses with the ground and pound. Kamida is looking to take a break and control but Pedersen is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Pedersen holds on to Kamida's head and controls the position momentarily. Kamida is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Pedersen has escaped the position, nice work there. Kamida working away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sloppy strikes there by Kamida. Pedersen managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Kamida.

A decent looking cross lands there for Pedersen. Kamida looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Kamida shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Pedersen misses the shot to the body. Pedersen has Kamida up against the cage in a clinch.
Kamida is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Pedersen to keep the fight standing. Pedersen comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Kamida takes an elbow to the temple. Pedersen lands a hook to the side of the head. Pedersen misses with a hook to the ribs.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pedersen works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A right hook to the body lands for Pedersen.
A short right from Pedersen on the inside. A frustrated look appears on Kamida's face as he tries to break the clinch. Kamida tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pedersen just stands there and leans against the cage. Kamida's coach down at Elite Fighting Temple was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Kamida's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Jens Pedersen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sousuke Kamida. Kamida has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Pedersen after a bit of a struggle. Kamida tries to pull guard but Pedersen won't allow it.
Kamida is trying to break the clinch but Pedersen is controlling him. Pedersen digs a right hand underneath Kamida's ribcage. Kamida let out a lung full of air as it connected. Kamida fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Nice body punch from Pedersen. Pedersen lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Kamida takes an elbow to the temple. Pedersen presses Kamida against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Kamida is trying to pull guard but Pedersen has him pressed against the cage. Pedersen pushes Kamida back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Kamida tries to pull guard but Pedersen holds him up against the cage and eventually Kamida drops back down to his feet.

Pedersen throws out a loose jab but Kamida uses good head movement to avoid it. Pedersen thuds a left hand into Kamida's body. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Pedersen checks a leg kick. Pedersen is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Pedersen cracks Kamida with a right hand to the side of the head. A jab from Pedersen finds it's way through Kamida's defenses. Pedersen gets a clinch. A nice right hand lands inside from Pedersen.
Kamida is rocked! Kamida is trying to pull guard but Pedersen has him pressed against the cage. Kamida is still on wobbly legs! Can Pedersen finish him? Pedersen lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Kamida seems to have recovered his senses. Pedersen misses with a knee to the head. Pedersen scores with an uppercut up the middle. Pedersen creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Kamida's defenses. A short right from Pedersen on the inside. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Pedersen throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Pedersen lands an elbow just above Kamida 's eye. Pedersen throws a hook to the body. Pedersen unloads with more strikes and Kamida sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jens Pedersen! Jens Pedersen bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it. In defeat, Sousuke Kamida stepped up to the mic, saying 'Team Goroshi - Kore Fight Nutrition - Heisenberg - Johny Fighting Temple - AMS FC'.
