Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Stick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Better Dead (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dead is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Better off Dead. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dead lands a body shot.

Stick shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Stick showed some decent athleticism there.
Dead is looking to escape.
Stick not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Dead has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Elorde MMA (ELITE LEVEL TRAINING W/ ELITE COACHES). Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stick thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Stick in particular looking to stall.

You get the feeling that Dead really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Dead is in a horrible position here. Stick smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Dead is in all sorts of trouble here.

Stick is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Dead can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Stick really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Stick loads up with a big shot that hurts Dead! He's pulled Stick in close but Stick has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Dead survive? More strikes from Stick and Dead is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
