Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Svork Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rhaegar Targaryen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rhaegar Targaryen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Svork Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rhaegar Targaryen! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Targaryen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away. Silva steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Targaryen. Targaryen gets caught napping as Silva dives in and scores a takedown. Targaryen manages to retain guard. Silva sitting in guard, not really doing much. Targaryen is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Silva controls from within his opponent's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva throwing strikes from guard but Targaryen blocks nicely. Silva is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Silva seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Targaryen for as long as he can get away with.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Svork Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Targaryen fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Silva has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Silva with a poor takedown letting Targaryen counter with a right hand. Targaryen listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Silva clinches up against the cage. Silva tries for a takedown. No joy.
Targaryen tries to work over Silva's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Targaryen's coach down at Hoarse Farm was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Targaryen's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. A short left from Targaryen. Targaryen letting Silva take a breather here. Silva wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Svork Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. Silva tries for a takedown. No joy.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Targaryen lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Targaryen misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Silva will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Targaryen up against the cage. Silva controlling the action here for a moment.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Silva unloads a knee to the mid-section. Targaryen doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Silva blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Targaryen looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Silva controlling from the top position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Rhaegar Targaryen will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Silva slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. More hug and hope from Silva. Silva makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Silva shoots in and bounces Targaryen off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Silva is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Targaryen can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Silva controls the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Targaryen misses with a looping right. Silva wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Silva tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Targaryen defends well and Silva ends up having to push Targaryen into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Silva clinches up with Targaryen and pushes him back against the cage. Targaryen blocks an elbow strike from Silva.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silva is looking to take this one to the mat. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Targaryen. Silva avoiding damage.
Silva is trying to drag Targaryen to the mat but Targaryen just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Svork Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him. Silva goes for a takedown in the clinch but Targaryen prevents it.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Targaryen is pressed up against the cage. Silva has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Targaryen down to the mat. Targaryen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Targaryen waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Silva. Targaryen digs a good hook to Silva's body.
Targaryen cracks Silva with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
And that's the end of the fight! Svork Silva showed his dominance in that final round. I think Silva has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

An out of breath Svork Silva thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career. In defeat, Rhaegar Targaryen stepped up to the mic, saying 'Normally I would say "Auf wiedersehen," but since what "auf wiedersehen" actually means is "'till I see you again", and since I never wish to see you again, to you, sir, I say goodbye.'.
