Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tony King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milan Zoranovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Saliva-Badass. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tony King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Milan Zoranovic!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zoranovic checks a low kick from King.

King looks to score with a jab to the body but Zoranovic is just out of range.
Zoranovic fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
King cracks Zoranovic with an open hand slap.
King rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Zoranovic moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zoranovic gets cracked there but stands up to it.
King swings for the body but Zoranovic moves out of range.
King just misses with a punch to the body.
King lands with a kick to the ribs.
King throws a good cross that connects.

King feints and then cracks Zoranovic's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Zoranovic down.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Zoranovic enables King to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Zoranovic manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
King is in close to Zoranovic's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Zoranovic seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
King slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
King seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Zoranovic for as long as he can get away with.
Our spies down at at Den of Tears (22 coaches, $425 fee) inform us that Zoranovic has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Zoranovic is looking to pass into half guard but King pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now King is in guard.


King gets to his feet. Zoranovic looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

King throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Zoranovic was covering up waiting for the punch and King finishes the takedown easily into guard.

King wants to stand and escape but Zoranovic is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
King regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Zoranovic.
King avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

King keeping moving, preventing Zoranovic from controlling successfully.
Zoranovic stands and throws King's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Zoranovic looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
King is looking for a sweep.
Zoranovic is chipping away with strikes.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tony King dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


King throws a series of strikes that have Zoranovic backpedaling.
King throws a body shot but no joy.
King doesn't manage to clinch there - Zoranovic circles away.
Zoranovic changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Zoranovic escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
King is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Zoranovic can do to turn this around?

King shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Zoranovic is trying to defend but King finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

King will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Zoranovic has a takedown stuffed.
King feinted with a counter takedown.
King takes a swing at Zoranovic's ribcage but misses.

King dives in and scores a takedown into Zoranovic's guard.
King wanted to stand there but Zoranovic had control of the position.
Zoranovic can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as King controls the pace.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Zoranovic can do anything to dispel that myth.
King wants to control from the top but Zoranovic keeps moving.
King trying to stand up but can't free himself from Zoranovic's guard.
Zoranovic wants to sweep but no luck.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Zoranovic throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
King throws out a loose jab but Zoranovic uses good head movement to avoid it.
Zoranovic feints the counter takedown.
Zoranovic has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

King throws a right and a left that both miss.
And Zoranovic tries to counter it with a takedown but King pushes his down on his head and steps out.

King drops Zoranovic with a beautiful combination! Zoranovic stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - King is looking for the KO!

King closes the distance and clinches.
Zoranovic tries to score a body lock takedown but King shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
King misses with a punch to the body.
King misses with a shot to the kidneys.

King breaks from the clinch.
Tony King is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
King lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Zoranovic at a distance.
King throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Zoranovic stumbling backwards into the cage! Zoranovic bounces back off the cage towards King, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! King lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! King celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Tony King!
During a confident post fight interview, Tony King thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
In defeat, Milan Zoranovic stepped up to the mic, saying 'Judges are comletely incompetent!'.
