Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dorsey Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bo Sherk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dorsey Morris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bo Sherk! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Chad Campbell and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morris displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Sherk. Sherk shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Morris defends it nicely. Morris fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sherk, pushing him back against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Morris is working for takedown but Sherk is calmly controlling the position for now. Sherk lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Morris could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Morris tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Morris wants to get back to his feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Morris wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are battling for position here. Morris manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Sherk postures up.
Sherk working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Morris's head. Morris is trying to keep Sherk in close.
Sherk trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Sherk stopping the sweep attempt from Morris. Morris thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Sherk makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morris keeping full guard, as Sherk tries to pass. Morris had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Sherk defends it easily. Morris looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Morris is breathing heavily. Sherk sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Morris's guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sherk connects with a nice short shot to Morris's temple. Morris might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Morris is looking to escape. Sherk blocks the strikes from Morris.
Sherk takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Sherk controlling the action here. Morris throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Morris has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sherk wants to get back to his feet.
Morris looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Morris taking some punishment here, with Sherk in his half guard. Sherk is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Sherk perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Sherk is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Sherk trying to control the action but Morris is working from the bottom. Morris looking for submissions off his back. Sherk wants to pass the guard but Morris is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sherk keeps trying to improve his position. Sherk prevents Morris from improving his position. Morris wants to control but Sherk is keeping busy.
Morris is refusing to be controlled, as Sherk sits in half guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Morris is trying to escape back to his feet but Sherk uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sherk tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sherk has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Morris struggling a bit here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bo Sherk dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Sherk fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Morris, pushing him back against the cage. Morris is looking to take this one to the mat. Sherk has Morris pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Sherk pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Morris tumbling to the mat - Sherk dives into Morris's guard. Morris throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Sherk postures up and lands a big shot to Morris's brow. Sherk wants to pass the guard but Morris is keeping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sherk trying to control but Morris is working from the bottom. Sherk has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Sherk stops Morris from standing up. Sherk working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morris can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Sherk controls the pace. Morris is trying to keep Sherk in close.

Sherk takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Morris is trying to stand up here but Sherk is controlling him well. Morris has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sherk is working away from the top position though. Sherk drops an elbow to the side of Morris's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sherk scoring with strikes to the body and head. Morris is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sherk's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sherk's back! Bo Sherk has got the better of the ground game so far. Morris throwing sloppy strikes. Morris is trying to stick to Sherk's back but Sherk is turning into Morris. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Morris's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Sherk. Sherk scoring with some ground and pound. Sherk pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Morris is keeping the position for now. Morris is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sherk is controlling him. Sherk landing some decent shots from guard. Morris controls Sherk momentarily but Sherk frees himself. Morris trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morris is looking to stand up but Sherk isn't so interested in that idea. Sherk slips nicely into half guard. Sherk content to control rather than advance. Sherk is trying to control. Morris wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Sherk wants to pass the guard but Morris is defending well. Sherk prevents Morris from improving his position. Sherk moves nicely into side control. Sherk lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Morris down.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Morris on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Morris gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Sherk looking to finish Morris with some ground and pound. This is bad for Morris! Morris is desperately trying to improve his position but Sherk has a good base and remains in mount. Morris is squirming around, avoiding Sherk's attempts to control the action. Sherk landing punches. Morris is looking to improve his position but Sherk isn't that keen on the idea. Sherk working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Sherk lands with some strikes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bo Sherk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Sherk fails with the takedown and Morris counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sherk won't be happy with that. Morris lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Sherk tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Morris wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Morris wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sherk keeps working. Morris with the ground and pound but Sherk regains half guard under the barage of strikes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sherk blocking the ground and pound attempt from Morris. Morris is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sherk defends it well. Morris throwing shots but Sherk is blocking nicely. Sherk takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sherk keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Sherk tries to roll over but Morris keeps him under control. Sherk looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Morris seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sherk does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Sherk trying to control but Morris postures up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Sherk misses with a takedown attempt - Morris sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Sherk shoots in but no luck this time. Dorsey Morris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bo Sherk. Morris looks to land a combination. Sherk sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Bo Sherk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sherk looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Morris appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Sherk shoots in looking for a takedown. Morris tries to sprawl out of it but Sherk keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Morris manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Morris changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morris fails in his attempt to clinch. Sherk moves away from the strike by Morris. Sherk has a takedown stuffed. Morris fails in his attempt to clinch. A big right from Morris misses. Sherk changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Morris tries to avoid it but Sherk manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Morris to the ground. Morris escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Morris seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Nice sprawl there from Sherk as Morris shoots in. Morris tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sherk swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sherk throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Morris is looking to counter the offense by Sherk and move into the clinch. Sherk gets a clinch. Sherk is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Morris gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Sherk tries to break the clinch but Morris is controlling the position. Morris wants a takedown.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Morris has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Morris is trying to pull guard but Sherk turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Dorsey Morris has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bo Sherk is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Morris tries to pull guard but Sherk holds him up against the cage and eventually Morris drops back down to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Dorsey Morris showed his dominance in that final round. I think Sherk has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Bo Sherk! After the fight, Bo Sherk was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
