Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sig Hemmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roland Deschain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roland Deschain is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sig Hemmer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roland Deschain! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Deschain ducks under a wild hook from Hemmer. Deschain closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Deschain wants to control but Hemmer is keeping him busy. Deschain tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Deschain has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Deschain tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Deschain is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Hemmer has escaped the position, nice work there. Hemmer on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hemmer tries to get out of the position. Deschain tries to advance to mount but Hemmer denies him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Deschain looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Deschain is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hemmer is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Hemmer pushes Deschain away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Deschain gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Deschain wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hemmer keeps working.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hemmer is working to avoid the ground and pound but Deschain connects with a decent elbow. Deschain working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Deschain in side control lands a decent elbow. Hemmer is trying to get back to his feet. Deschain has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Hemmer is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Deschain yanks on the arm and Hemmer is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Deschain.
