Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seb Freeth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tom Hardy had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tom Hardy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Seb Freeth! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hardy lands with a nice body punch. Hardy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Freeth sees it coming and avoids it easily. Freeth takes a jab right on the kisser.
Freeth throws a sloppy head kick and Hardy moves out of range easily. Hardy misses the body punch and Freeth counters with a head kick. Freeth takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. The fighters circle momentarily. Hardy darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Hardy will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Nice uppercut lands for Hardy. That snapped Freeth's head back.
Hardy misses with a wild body shot. Freeth is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Freeth thumps Hardy with a low kick. Hardy has been working on his balance at Montreal's Finest, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Freeth. Hardy thows a left - swing and a miss! Hardy misses with a straight left. Hardy scores with a punch to the head. Hardy misses with a straight left. Freeth wants to counter with a clinch but Hardy pushes him away. Hardy takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Freeth tries a head kick but it misses.
Hardy closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Freeth's guard. Hardy wants to control from the top but Freeth keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Freeth has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hardy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Freeth is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Hardy postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Freeth is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hardy, into his guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hardy looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hardy pushes a forearm under Freeth's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Freeth is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
