Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Justin Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Norvell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter comes to the cage accompanied by I'm Shipping Up To Boston. Brad Norvell has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Justin Hunter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Brad Norvell! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Norvell throws out a loose jab but Hunter uses good head movement to avoid it. It looked like Hunter wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Hunter misses with a series of wild punches.
Hunter bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Norvell's head. Hunter misses with an uppercut
and Norvell decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hunter's guard. Norvell must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Norvell got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hunter has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Norvell has managed to get both his arms back between Hunter's legs - danger averted. Hunter is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Norvell manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Hunter is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Norvell chips away with some ground and pound. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Norvell working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. Hunter throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Norvell is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Norvell working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Norvell avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Norvell gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Hunter looking for subs off his back but Norvell has passed one foot through into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Norvell connects with a nice short shot to Hunter's temple. Nice strikes from Norvell there. Norvell wants to take a breather but Hunter is having none of it. Norvell scoring with strikes to the body and head. Hunter works his way to full guard. Good work. Norvell lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Hunter had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Norvell defends it easily. Hunter is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Hunter manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Norvell manages to get himself to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Norvell looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hunter slips nicely into half guard. Hunter is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Norvell makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Norvell. Hunter tries to free his leg and advance position but Norvell is retaining full guard. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hunter wants to control from the top but Norvell keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Brad Norvell will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hunter looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Norvell is nestled in close to Hunter, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Norvell passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Hunter!
That's one minute gone in the round. Norvell postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hunter looks a forlorn figure.

Hunter is rocked! Hunter tries to hold on but Norvell postures up. Oh Hunter is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Norvell scoring with strikes but Hunter is staying in there. Hunter takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Norvell cracks Hunter with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brad Norvell! An out of breath Brad Norvell thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
