Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Throbing Hood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donald Evans has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Throbing Hood!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Donald Evans!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans leaves Hood with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
A lazy left from Evans finds it's target.
Hood tries to score a power double leg takedown but Evans sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hood somewhat.
Evans slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hood shoots in for a double leg but Evans sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Throbing Hood. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Evans, as that shot connected.
Hood shoots in for a takedown but Evans shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Hood looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Evans stalks Hood and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hood's face. Hood staggers backwards, shaken.
Hood shoots for a double leg takedown but Evans sprawls well. He's pushed Hood's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Hood decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Evans is looking for a sweep. Hood is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Evans wants to get back to full guard but Hood has mounted him!
Evans really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hood. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Evans is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Hood wants to finish this one by submission but Evans is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Hood.
Hood working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Evans turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Hood off and cradles Evans's limp body as Hood celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Throbing Hood!
