Lancier on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Lancier shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Riggins! But no joy.
We've been hearing reports that Lancier has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Lancier closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Riggins's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Riggins is looking to sweep but instead, Lancier has passed into half guard.
Lancier stops Riggins from getting back to his feet.
Lancier is working for a submission of some sort.
