Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mansor Zorlac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Marx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mansor Zorlac!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Karl Marx!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Bart Greer and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marx shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Zorlac pinned against the cage. Zorlac gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Marx blocks a head kick by Zorlac.
Marx is looking for the big counter here.

Marx has closed the distance and engaged Zorlac in a clinch.

Marx pulls guard effortlessly.
Zorlac with a flurry of punches that miss.
Zorlac showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Zorlac throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Marx works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zorlac avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Marx working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Zorlac.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Zorlac lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Zorlac postures up in Marx's guard and throws a big left but Marx blocks it.
Zorlac advances position into side control!

Zorlac tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Zorlac trying to control the action but Marx is working from the bottom.
Marx tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Zorlac scores with punches from side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Zorlac working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
Zorlac tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.

Zorlac looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Marx parries the strikes from Zorlac easily there. Zorlac is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Marx to escape.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Zorlac throwing shots but missing, from side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zorlac in side control, throwing shots but Marx defends.
Marx defending against the ground and pound.

Zorlac working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Marx really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Zorlac. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Marx tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Zorlac wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Zorlac in side control lands a decent elbow.
Marx is looking for a sweep.
The ground and pound from Zorlac seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Zorlac tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
The strikes coming from Zorlac are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Zorlac tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Marx tries to improve position but can't.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Zorlac misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Zorlac working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Zorlac tries to score with some ground and pound. Marx controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Marx tries to bench press Zorlac off him but Zorlac keeps the position.
Zorlac throws a strike aimed at the side of Marx's head but Marx avoids it well.
Zorlac trying to control the action but Marx is working from the bottom.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Zorlac stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Zorlac shoots in looking for a takedown but Marx manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Zorlac's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Zorlac connects with a right hand. Marx shakes it off.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mansor Zorlac dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Zorlac throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Marx fails with an attempt to clinch.
Zorlac tries to clinch but Marx is having none of it.
Zorlac throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Marx colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Zorlac as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Marx is left battered and dazed whilst Zorlac and his camp cheer!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mansor Zorlac!
