Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Scanner Darkly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kwon Jin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kwon Jin is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jin changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Darkly throws a chopping leg kick but Jin manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Darkly tries to bum rush Jin with a series of wild strikes but Jin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jin connects with a body shot.

Jin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Darkly darts in looking for a takedown but Jin gets double underhooks and turns Darkly into the cage.
A left lands for Jin.
Jin has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Kwon Jin has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Darkly swings for the body but Jin moves out of range.
Darkly with a lazy takedown attempt
and Jin counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Darkly throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Darkly slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Darkly is breathing heavily.
The fighters circling - Darkly throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Jin takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Jin!
Darkly lands with a shot to the body.
Darkly dips to his left and cracks Jin with an uppercut!
Jin dodges the punch combination from Darkly.

No joy there for Darkly, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kwon Jin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Darkly misses with a looping left.
Jin changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Jin lands a slapping body shot.
Darkly throws a right and a left that Jin avoids nicely.
Darkly shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Jin rushes Darkly and presses him up against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Darkly.
Darkly misses with some punches.
Jin is trying to break free.
Jin blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Jin has had enough of the clinch but Darkly keeps him there for the moment.
Jin tries to circle away but Darkly has him pinned against the cage.
Darkly tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Jin is trying to break the clinch but Darkly is controlling him.
Darkly has Jin pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Jin manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Scanner Darkly. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Darkly breaks the clinch.

Jin gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Darkly has a couple of punches blocked by Jin.
Jin is pressed up against the cage. Darkly has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jin down to the mat. Jin avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Darkly takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Darkly misses with a combination
and Jin counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Darkly slips a jab and a cross from Jin.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Jin lands a big uppercut and Darkly crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Darkly looks OK. Jin waves Darkly back to his feet!

Darkly is rocked!
Jin drops Darkly with a big left hand! Darkly is injured, injured bad! Jin jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
