Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Micheal Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikhael Tomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alvarez comes to the ring accompanied by Doom. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mikhael Tomas!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Fedor Mirinova and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tomas throws a body punch but Alvarez moves out of range.
Tomas is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Alvarez's half guard.

Tomas thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Alvarez is doing well to control the position and prevent Tomas from advancing to side control.
Alvarez is looking to control Tomas's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Alvarez avoid being mounted?
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tomas is trying to control the action in half guard but Alvarez is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Tomas is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Tomas might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Alvarez haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Tomas is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Alvarez is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
