Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robert De Noteboom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rogerio Cabral (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Noteboom comes to the cage accompanied by Erika - I Don't Know. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabral thows a body kick. De Noteboom tries to catch it but that hurt him.
The fighters circling - Cabral throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Cabral stuns De Noteboom with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Robert De Noteboom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rogerio Cabral.

Cabral is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Cabral has hold of De Noteboom's hands but De Noteboom slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
De Noteboom prevents Cabral from improving his position.
De Noteboom thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
De Noteboom blocks the strikes from Cabral.
De Noteboom looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Cabral is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but De Noteboom pulls his head out easily.
De Noteboom has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Cabral tries to get to full guard but De Noteboom has control of the leg.
Cabral tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cabral escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. De Noteboom gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
De Noteboom is working Cabral over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That was a close round but I would say that Robert De Noteboom will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Cabral thuds a left hand into De Noteboom's body.
De Noteboom on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Cabral. Cabral obviously looking to wear him down.
Cabral shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says De Noteboom as he avoids it easily.

and De Noteboom counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
De Noteboom working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
De Noteboom looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cabral with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
De Noteboom lands strikes from half guard.
Cabral on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
De Noteboom moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from Cabral.

Cabral seems a little lost for a moment, as De Noteboom dominates the positioning.

De Noteboom gets to mount! Cabral was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
De Noteboom pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Cabral slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
De Noteboom is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
De Noteboom unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Cabral wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! De Noteboom celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!

A very excited looking Robert De Noteboom made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
