Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jiu Jitsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Walter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jiu Jitsu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 23 - 1, fighting out of London, Peter Walter!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter lands with a nice combination. Jitsu backs away looking to recover.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jitsu.
Walter throws a counter combo.

Walter drives through and clinches with Jitsu against the cage.
We've been hearing reports that Jitsu has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Jitsu is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Walter wants to get back to his feet.

Walter is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jitsu is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Walter has managed to free his arm - good work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Walter pushes Jitsu off looking to stand but Jitsu dives back in and keeps control.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Walter looks to score with a jab to the body but Jitsu is just out of range.
Walter connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Walter drives through and clinches with Jitsu against the cage.
Jitsu drops down looking for an ankle pick but Walter pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jiu Jitsu. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jitsu can't find room to land a body shot as Walter controls the action.
Jitsu is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Walter is keeping busy.
Jitsu changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Walter fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Jitsu dives in for a single leg takedown but Walter sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Walter swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Walter keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jiu Jitsu. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Walter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jitsu.

Jitsu has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Walter after a bit of a struggle.

Jitsu takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Walter has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Walter only half commits to the counter leg kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Walter looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Peter Walter is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Jitsu keeps control of Walter as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Walter unloads a knee to the mid-section. Jitsu lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Jitsu jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Walter walks away with a smile on his face. Jitsu gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Walter throws a sloppy head kick and Jitsu moves out of range easily.

Jitsu gets tackled into the cage by Walter. Walter maintains the clinch.
Jitsu drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jitsu fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jiu Jitsu has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Jitsu goes for a takedown attempt but Walter pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Jitsu shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Walter sprawls well. Walter wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jitsu gets slowly back to his feet.
Walter is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.

And that's the end of the fight!
Peter Walter comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Walter winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
