Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Enrico Matta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pelle Hermano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matta's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Velociraptor by SUBSONICA. Hermano has chosen Uniikki - Pätkätöis as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pelle Hermano!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matta misses with a two punch combination.
Hermano scores with a jab to the jaw.
Hermano cracks Matta with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Matta throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Matta slips a straight right by Hermano.
Hermano uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Matta.
Hermano changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Enrico Matta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hermano feints and then cracks Matta's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Matta down.

Hermano lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Matta looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Matta throws a push kick but Hermano slaps the foot to one side.

Matta is looking to wear down Hermano with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Matta stalks Hermano and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hermano's face. Hermano staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Pelle Hermano has been cut.

Oh Matta is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Hermano fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Matta to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Matta looks to clinch but Hermano throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Matta taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Pelle Hermano was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
In defeat, Enrico Matta stepped up to the mic, saying 'My Career has come to an end - Many thanks to Destiny FC and Wessel Error for the good times!'.
