Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris White! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jonathan Blake! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blake wants to clinch and White counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Blake shoots in but no luck this time. White throwing a counter right hand but Blake manages to avoid it. White scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Blake looks like he's trying to stand up.
White is taking a breather. Blake says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Blake trying to control here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. White seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Blake has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. White is working away from the top position though. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Blake fails with an attempt to clinch.
Blake tries to clinch but White moves out of range. White steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Blake. That one must have hurt. Blake fails with a takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blake tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. White manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Blake wants to clinch but White slips to the side and White counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Blake tries to clinch but fails miserably and White connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Blake fails with an attempt to clinch.
White drops down looking for a counter takedown but Blake sprawls and moves away. Blake throws a combination that misses and White counters with a nice double leg into guard. White looking to pass the guard. White is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. White has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blake is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. White's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Blake looks to land a combination but White avoids it well. Blake shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and White counters with a crisp right that sends Blake to the canvas! White follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris White!
