Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fred Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregers Westerberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Westerberg has chosen Maitre Gims - J'me Tire as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Westerberg throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Collins tumbling to the canvas!
Westerberg's corner is telling him to maintain position.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Westerberg accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Collins wants to stand but Westerberg is controlling the position.

Westerberg missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Collins avoids the head kick by Westerberg.
Collins takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Collins throws a lazy right hand but Westerberg sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Westerberg drops his shoulder and cracks Collins with a huge uppercut! Collins goes down! Can Westerberg finish him?

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Westerberg working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Oh Collins is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Westerberg slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Westerberg wants to pass the guard but Collins is keeping the position.
Collins seems to have got his legs back now.

Westerberg is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Westerberg's coach down at KY GYM was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Westerberg's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Collins throws a hook to the side of Westerberg's head but Westerberg sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Westerberg shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Collins is trying to defend but Westerberg finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Westerberg seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Westerberg wants to take a breather but Collins manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Westerberg.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Collins's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Westerberg is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Westerberg!
