Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dominic Toretto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rogers might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Demon Blues by ORANGE GOBLIN. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
40 - 41 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Steve Rogers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
26 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dominic Toretto! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Toretto steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Rogers. Rogers fails to land the takedown. Rogers looks to score with a jab to the body but Toretto is just out of range. Toretto replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Rogers blocks it well. Toretto takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Toretto gets a clinch. Toretto has Rogers pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Rogers manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Rogers gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Toretto.
Rogers gets through Toretto's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Rogers with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rogers wants to get back to striking at distance but Toretto won't allow it.
Toretto goes for a takedown attempt but Rogers pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Steve Rogers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dominic Toretto. Toretto looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Rogers had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Toretto defends it easily.

Rogers controls Toretto momentarily but Toretto frees himself. Toretto got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rogers has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Toretto has managed to get both his arms back between Rogers's legs - danger averted. Rogers looking to control.
Rogers seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Toretto stopping the sweep attempt from Rogers.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Toretto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rogers swivels though and keeps the full guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Toretto throwing strikes from guard but Rogers blocks nicely.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Rogers will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Rogers slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Rogers jabs Toretto to the body, keeping him at a distance. Rogers swings widly with a right hand
and Toretto counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Rogers blocking the ground and pound attempt from Toretto. Toretto with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Rogers wants to improve his position but Toretto is controlling well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Toretto is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Rogers sees it coming and defends easily. Toretto throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Rogers tries to roll over but Toretto keeps him under control. Rogers trying to control here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Toretto looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Rogers! Rogers is not content to let Toretto control the position. Toretto is staying tight to Rogers's torso, preventing him from escaping. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Rogers is trying to improve his position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Dominic Toretto will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Rogers throws a right and a left that both miss. No luck for Toretto with that takedown attempt. Toretto tries for a takedown but Rogers sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Toretto shoots in but Rogers avoids the takedown attempt easily. Steve Rogers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dominic Toretto. Rogers throws a head kick but Toretto moves out of range.
Rogers displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Toretto. Toretto shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rogers but Rogers pushes him off and we're back to square one. Toretto is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Rogers. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Toretto wants to clinch up but Rogers keeps it at a distance. Steve Rogers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Toretto ducks under a wild hook from Rogers. Rogers misses with a takedown attempt and Toretto counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rogers is pressing down on Toretto's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Rogers looking to control but Toretto passes into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Toretto wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rogers keeps working. Rogers wants to get back to his feet.

Toretto with the counter takedown but Rogers avoids it easily. Rogers lands a nice looking body kick. A momentary lapse in concentration from Rogers enables Toretto to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rogers manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Rogers is looking for a triangle but Toretto pushes his legs off easily.

That was a close second round but I would say that Steve Rogers will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Rogers paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. A punch combination from Rogers misses. Toretto drives through with a takedown into Rogers's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Rogers is trying to control the position but Toretto postures up. Toretto avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Rogers throws a hook to the side of Toretto's head but Toretto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Toretto drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Toretto throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. You can see the frustration on Rogers's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Rogers is not content to let Toretto control the position.

Rogers ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Toretto moves away. Toretto feints the counter takedown. Toretto uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rogers.
Rogers rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Toretto moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Toretto fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Rogers closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Dominic Toretto has got the better of the ground game so far. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Toretto sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Rogers winds up and cracks Toretto with a swinging punch to the side of the head. This has been an exciting period of action! Rogers throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Toretto is in trouble now - Rogers has advanced to mount! Rogers blocks Toretto's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Toretto gets back to half guard. Rogers wants to lay and pray for a moment but Toretto keeps working. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Toretto moves into full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Steve Rogers showed his dominance in that final round. I think Rogers has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
