Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jared Nicholson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Corvo Attano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Attano throws a right and a left that Nicholson avoids nicely.

Nicholson throws a nice inside leg kick.
A clash of legs there as Attano blocks the low kick.
And Attano tries to counter it with a takedown but Nicholson pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Attano is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Attano lands a left and a right that send Nicholson crashing to the mat, dazed. Attano thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Nicholson is rocked!
Nicholson is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Attano doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Nicholson crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Nicholson's bad books for that mishap!
