Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jules Winnfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Harlan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jules Winnfield has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harlan throws a series of punches but Winnfield avoids them all with ease.

Harlan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Winnfield looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Winnfield is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
An elbow from Harlan crashes against the mat.

Harlan decides to stand back up.
Harlan moves in looking to clinch but Winnfield pushes him off.

Harlan feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Winnfield escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Harlan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Winnfield is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jules Winnfield.
