Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Blood Orphan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazuki Katsuo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Blood Orphan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kazuki Katsuo! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Katsuo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Orphan could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Orphan uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Katsuo clobbers Orphan with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Katsuo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Orphan looks to land a right hand but Katsuo moved out of range. The fight moves into the clinch position. Orphan is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Katsuo misses with a hook to the ribs.
Come on Orphan - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Orphan has Katsuo pushed against the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Orphan lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Katsuo backwards. Orphan makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Katsuo jumps guard but Orphan stands there with Katsuo around his waist. Katsuo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Katsuo misses with a hook to the ribs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Katsuo jumps guard but Orphan turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Blood Orphan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kazuki Katsuo. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Katsuo blocks an uppercut.
Orphan presses Katsuo against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Katsuo tries to break the clinch but Orphan is controlling the position. Orphan lands with a left to the head. Katsuo is trying to break the clinch but Orphan has him pressed against the cage. A short body shot lands from Orphan as the two fighters clinch.
Katsuo breaks from the clinch.
Orphan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Katsuo. Orphan sets himself, and Katsuo steps forward looking for the clinch! Orphan avoids it this time. Katsuo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Katsuo is rocked! Blood Orphan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Katsuo takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Katsuo is still on wobbly legs! Can Orphan finish him? Katsuo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Orphan pinned against the cage. Orphan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. As Katsuo tries to get set, Orphan tries to push him back and clinch up but Katsuo manages to avoid the attempt. Orphan circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Katsuo to the canvas! Katsuo doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Orphan keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Blood Orphan!
