Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tiny Mcfacepunch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tetsuya Shiroo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcfacepunch's entrance music is Ooh La La. A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Shiroo's choice of entrance music: The Gazette / Filth In The Beauty. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tiny Mcfacepunch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tetsuya Shiroo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shiroo avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Shiroo pivots, looking for a leg kick but Mcfacepunch is out of range and Shiroo settles back down.
Mcfacepunch misses with a left hand
and Shiroo counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
A lazy left from Shiroo finds it's target.


It looks like Tiny Mcfacepunch has been cut.
We've been told by Mcfacepunch's head coaches at The Jungle Elite MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Mcfacepunch throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Shiroo counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Mcfacepunch swings widly with a right hand
and Shiroo counters with an inside leg kick.
Mcfacepunch misses with a series of wild punches.
Shiroo lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Mcfacepunch fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Shiroo sprawls well initially but Mcfacepunch persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shiroo is trying to maintain the position but Mcfacepunch is very close to passing his half guard.

Mcfacepunch seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Shiroo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Mcfacepunch is stalling here. Shiroo is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Mcfacepunch seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Shiroo has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Mcfacepunch has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Tetsuya Shiroo's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tetsuya Shiroo's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Tiny Mcfacepunch!
Tiny Mcfacepunch was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
Tetsuya Shiroo spoke after the fight, saying 'I was prepared to die in this cage tonight. The opponent was the better man today but I will be back stronger.'.
