Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Johny Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Tessin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randy Tessin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Johny Baker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Randy Tessin!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baker doesn't manage to clinch there - Tessin circles away.
Johny Baker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Baker lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Baker.

You can see the frustration on Baker's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Tessin pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Tessin swings for the body but Baker moves out of range.

Tessin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Baker, pushing him back against the cage.

Baker misses with a series of wild punches.
Tessin has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Baker leaves Tessin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Tessin is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Tessin shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Baker sprawls well. Baker wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tessin gets slowly back to his feet.
Baker shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Tessin eats them both and turns towards Baker to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Tessin dives in for a single leg takedown but Baker sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Baker lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Baker throws a nice looking combination but Tessin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Baker lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Tessin changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Baker looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Tessin seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Baker is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
