Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Arnulfo Galloway (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ping Pong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ping Pong will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ping Pong! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pong fails with a takedown attempt. Galloway wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Pong shoots in and drives through. Galloway sprawls well. Galloway appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. Galloway really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. No luck for Pong with that takedown attempt. Arnulfo Galloway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ping Pong. Pong shoots in for a double leg but Galloway sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Galloway appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Pong is defended easily by Galloway. Galloway half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pong fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Galloway gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Galloway is edging up against the cage. Galloway stands up and waves to Pong to follow him. Pong goes for a double leg but Galloway avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Galloway continues to drive forward. Pong looks winded! Pong doesn't succeed with the takedown and Galloway counters with a nice low kick that buckles Pong's knee momentarily. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Pong has momentary wrist control but Galloway slips an elbow through the middle. Galloway postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Galloway preventing the sweep. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pong is trying to hold Galloway in close to prevent damage but Galloway has managed to pass into half guard.
Pong tries to roll over but Galloway keeps him under control. Galloway content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Nice sprawl there from Galloway as Pong shoots in. Pong closes this distance looking for a takedown but Galloway circles away. Galloway thinks about countering with a head kick. Pong will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Pong gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Galloway counters with a left and a right that stings Pong. Horrible takedown attempt by Galloway or perhaps it was just good defense by Pong, which made it look bad. Pong goes for a double leg but Galloway avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Galloway continues to drive forward. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Galloway looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Pong tries to sprawl but Galloway drives through with a takedown into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Arnulfo Galloway dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Galloway stuffs the takedown attempt from Pong. Pong gets slowly back to his feet. Galloway is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pong can do to turn this around? It looked like Galloway was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Arnulfo Galloway is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Pong shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Galloway counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Pong is lucky that one didn't land flush. Arnulfo Galloway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ping Pong. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Galloway buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Pong doesn't succeed with the takedown and Galloway counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Pong is breathing heavily. Galloway stays in close to Pong's body and controls the position.

Pong tries for a takedown but Galloway circles away easily and Galloway holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Pong keeps control of Galloway as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Galloway escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Galloway throws a sloppy head kick and Pong moves out of range easily. Galloway fails with the takedown. Pong tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Galloway swivels and escapes. Pong shoots in for a double leg but Galloway sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Galloway appears to be looking for a big counter.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Galloway dives in and scores a takedown into Pong's guard. Galloway stopping the sweep attempt from Pong. Pong working a defensive guard but Galloway passes into half guard.
Galloway takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Galloway is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Pong has managed to free his arm - good work. Galloway is looking for a kimura but Pong is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Galloway to get the leverage. Pong wants to sweep but Galloway has passed to side control!
That's three minutes gone in the round. A control attempt from Pong but he's now mounted! Galloway with shots to the head and body - Pong looks very uncomfortable down there. Pong tries to lock up and control but Galloway gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Pong keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Arnulfo Galloway overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pong regains half guard.

Galloway will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Galloway controlling the action here. Pong is looking to control Galloway's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Pong avoid being mounted? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pong tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Galloway swivels and escapes. Pong gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Galloway counters with a nice uppercut. Pong tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Galloway counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Pong with a lazy takedown attempt and Galloway counters with a left to the body. Arnulfo Galloway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ping Pong. Pong looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Galloway is fending him off so far but Pong persists. Nope, Galloway circles away and we're back to standing. Pong takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Galloway shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pong napping and manages to drive through into side control! Pong takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Galloway fails to land a wild elbow strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pong tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Galloway raining down hammerfists from mount. Pong defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Galloway. Pong is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Galloway unloading with bombs! Pong tries to hold on but Galloway postures up. Galloway working away from the top, dropping strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Galloway controlling from the full mount. Galloway prevents Pong from getting the reversal. Galloway looking to finish Pong with some ground and pound. This is bad for Pong! Pong is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Galloway working Pong over with strikes here. Galloway lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Pong is desperately trying to improve his position but Galloway has a good base and remains in mount. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Galloway looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Galloway lands with some strikes. Galloway is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Pong to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Pong shrugs it off. Galloway prevents Pong from getting the reversal. Galloway lands a big elbow. Pong reaches up to try and pull Galloway in and control his posture, but Galloway latches on to an arm and pivots quickly for an armbar! Pong taps out and this one is all over!
