Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Fidel Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ohm Melet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Fidel Castro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ohm Melet! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Peter Branson and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castro gets a clinch. Melet drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Castro gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Castro drags the fight down to the ground.
Castro working for submissions but it's allowed Melet to get to half guard.
Melet trying to control the action but Castro is working from the bottom. Melet prevents Castro from improving his position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Melet is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Castro has managed to free his arm - good work. Melet not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Melet seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Castro does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Melet works his way into full mount! Castro in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Melet tries to control but Castro wriggling away. Melet lands a heavy elbow. Castro avoids a series of strikes thrown by Melet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Melet landing punches. Melet wants to control the pace but Castro is squirming around nicely. Castro is desperately trying to improve his position but Melet has a good base and remains in mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Melet looking to control and managing it successfully. Melet is in the full mount, landing strikes. Melet misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Melet misses with a head shot. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Melet trying to control but he's not successful this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Castro really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Melet thowing shots but they're missing. Melet raining down shots from the mount! Castro is looking to get to half guard. Castro knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Melet on the ground. Melet lands a nice shot to the head. Melet in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Melet with a couple of short strikes. Melet trying to control but Castro is having none of it. Melet punishing his opponent with strikes. Melet wants to control the pace but Castro is squirming around nicely. Melet might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Castro haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Melet in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Castro is trying desperately to improve position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ohm Melet dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Castro gets a takedown into half guard. Melet keeps control of the position for the meantime. Melet is refusing to be controlled, as Castro sits in half guard. Castro is thwarting Melet's attempts to control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Castro is trying to control the action in half guard but Melet is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Melet is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Castro wants to control but Melet is keeping him busy. Melet wants to control but Castro is keeping busy.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Castro seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Castro looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Melet! Castro working away. Castro goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Melet has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Castro but great work by Melet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Melet advances to full mount. Melet wants to control the pace but Castro is squirming around nicely. Melet sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Castro is working to get back to half guard.
Ohm Melet has got the better of the ground game so far. Melet has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Melet scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Castro?
Melet with the ground and pound from mount. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Melet cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Castro in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Castro is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Melet can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Castro is looking to escape. Castro is looking to improve his position but Melet isn't that keen on the idea. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Melet with the ground and pound from mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Melet with good strikes from the mount here! Melet lands a big elbow. Castro is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Melet with good strikes from the mount here! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Castro tries to lock up and control but Melet gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Melet content just to control the position here. Melet lands a big shot there that rocks Castro but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ohm Melet showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
The fight stays on the outside here - Melet looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Castro closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Melet quickly recovers to half guard. Melet is trying to control but can't.
Melet blocking the ground and pound attempt from Castro. Melet is looking to control Castro's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Melet avoid being mounted? Melet holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Melet is trying to maintain the position but Castro is very close to passing his half guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Melet has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Castro lands with a nice combination. Melet backs away looking to recover. Melet thows a left - swing and a miss! That kick from Castro tenderised Melet's leg. Melet is trying to keep his angry face on. Castro drives through and clinches with Melet against the cage.
Melet is trying to pull guard but Castro has him pressed against the cage. Melet lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Castro or not. Melet is fighting off a takedown attempt but Castro is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Melet to the mat. Melet regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Melet working a defensive guard here.

Castro wants to control from the top but Melet keeps moving. Melet seems keen to control Castro's posture.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Castro advances to half guard. Melet wants to control but Castro is keeping busy and won't allow it. Melet looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Ohm Melet is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Castro tries to stand and escape but Melet actually recovers to full guard. Melet controls Castro momentarily but Castro frees himself. Castro has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Melet keeping moving, preventing Castro from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Castro working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Melet trying to strike off his back.
Melet wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Castro gets in close and instigates a clinch. Castro manages to break the clinch.
Castro closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Melet to the mat! Melet manages to get full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Melet trying to control the position here. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
And that's the end of the fight! Fidel Castro showed his dominance in that final round. I think Melet has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
