Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between DP Hajime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mazais Censonis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mazais Censonis is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mazais Censonis!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Censonis moves out of range of the strikes.
Hajime lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Hajime lands with a right hand.
The fighters circling - Hajime throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hajime is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Hajime throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Hajime gets a clinch.
Censonis avoids a wild elbow strike from Hajime.
Hajime taking a breather.
Hajime presses Censonis against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Censonis is trying to pull guard but Hajime turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Hajime for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Hajime tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Hajime pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Censonis is trying to pull guard but Hajime has him pressed against the cage.
Hajime landing knees to the body.
Hajime throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hajime pushes Censonis back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Censonis manages to pull guard.

Censonis looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hajime advances to half guard.

Hajime seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Hajime is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Censonis is just riding it out for now. Hajime eventually gives up the hold.
Hajime is nestled in close to Censonis, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Hajime is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Censonis is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hajime scores with a couple of nice shots.
Censonis makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Censonis.
Hajime keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Censonis's head.
Hajime stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Censonis swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hajime cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Hajime is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Censonis has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Hajime controlling the pace for now.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Censonis is desperately trying to improve his position but Hajime has a good base and remains in mount.
Censonis is squirming around, avoiding Hajime's attempts to control the action.
Hajime lands a couple of good shots and Censonis has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hajime has the hooks in. Censonis is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Hajime scores with punches and elbows.

Hajime is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Censonis defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Hajime tries to get the hooks in deep but Censonis pushed the leg off.
Censonis is really stuck here.
Hajime lands a punch to the side of the head from the back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

DP Hajime dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Censonis shoots in but Hajime avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Censonis takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hajime tests Censonis's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hajime lands a big head kick that sends Censonis to the canvas! Hajime follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
