Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gareth McCall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edward Gamer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCall kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Bobby Darin - Mack The Knife. Gamer has chosen krolithika as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from McCall is predictable there
and Gamer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Gamer throws an ugly left hook that misses
and McCall counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Gamer connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed McCall momentarily.
McCall lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A clash of legs there as Gamer blocks the low kick.
Gamer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
McCall looks to land a right hand but Gamer moved out of range.

McCall throws an overhand right that lands on Gamer's shoulder, as Gamer tries to avoid the shot.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
McCall misses with a body punch.

Gamer tries a quick counter leg kick but McCall is wise to it.

McCall bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Good leg kick by Gamer there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
The fighters circle momentarily. McCall darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

McCall tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Gamer is able to avoid easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
