Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Killer Clown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blue Rak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blue Rak has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Killer Clown's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Killer Clown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Blue Rak! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Roger Salmon and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rak with a hook. Clown changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rak looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Clown swings around for an armbar but Rak sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Clown's guard. Clown has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Rak has passed into side control.
Rak wants to stand but Clown is controlling his arm. Clown tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rak wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Clown sneaks back into half guard. Clown kicks off Rak and gets to his feet. This has been an exciting period of action! Rak moves into the clinch. Rak lands with a short head shot on the inside. Rak tries to pull guard but Clown forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clown manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Clown's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Clown closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Rak quickly recovers to half guard. Clown is thwarting Rak's attempts to control the position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Rak can do anything to dispel that myth. Clown is looking for a kimura but Rak is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Clown to get the leverage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Clown prevents Rak from improving his position. Clown uses his free foot to push down on Rak's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Rak.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Clown goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Rak turns into him and now he's in Clown's guard.
Rak wants to control from the top but Clown keeps moving. Clown has Rak pulled in close to control his posture. Clown wants to hit a switch here but Rak passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Clown there!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Clown working to try and regain half guard.
Rak controlling from mount. Rak trying to control but he's not successful this time. Clown really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Clown is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Rak wants to control but instead Clown manages to regain half guard. Clown wants to get back to full guard. Clown is not content to let Rak control the position. Rak looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Clown is trying to get back to full guard. Clown is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Killer Clown will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action!
Clown on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Clown rushes Rak and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Rak tries to pull guard but Clown forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Clown fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Rak wants to break the clinch but can't.
Rak drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Clown gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Rak breaks the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Clown gets the takedown into side control. Clown wants to control but Rak is keeping him busy. Clown is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Rak will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clown taking a break here but Rak is having none of it and regains half guard. Clown is trying to control. Rak wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Clown with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Clown stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Rak throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Clown shoots in for a takedown but Rak shows good takedown defense. Clown tries to clinch up. Clown fails with an attempt to clinch.
Clown misses with a takedown attempt and Rak counters with a nice uppercut. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Killer Clown. That's going to take a lot out of him. Clown shoots in but no luck this time. Rak digs a good body shot into Clown's ribs. Clown throws a wild hook but Rak just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Clown gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Rak raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Blue Rak!
