Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mongolia Heed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bad Mood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Heed might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Gentlelman. Mongolia Heed has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mongolia Heed!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bad Mood!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Heed shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mood napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Heed cracks Mood with a big elbow.
Heed working the ground and pound.
Mood tries to improve position but can't.
Mood is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Mood looking for submissions off his back.

Mood felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Mood actively working from the bottom here.
Heed knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mood on the ground.
Heed thows a huge punch but Mood dodges it nicely.
Heed looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mood is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Heed scores with a couple of nice shots.
Heed tries to pass the half guard into mount. Mood knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Heed keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Heed seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mood for as long as he can get away with.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Heed connects with a nice short shot to Mood's temple.
Heed is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Heed wants to take a breather but Mood is having none of it.
Heed looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Heed takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Heed throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Heed trying to control the pace.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Heed working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Heed looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mood with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Heed is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Heed winds up and cracks Mood with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Heed landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Heed seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mood does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Heed takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.


Mood is rocked!
Heed lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Mood is still in real trouble! Can Heed finish him?
Mood is trying to get back to full guard.
Heed lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Heed lands with a punch from half guard.

Mood looks winded!
Heed stalling.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mongolia Heed dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Mood shoots in for a takedown but Heed shows good takedown defense.
Mood seems to have recovered his senses.
Mood fails to land the takedown.
Mood tries for a takedown but Heed sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Mongolia Heed has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bad Mood.

Heed closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Heed lands in his opponent's guard.
Heed is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Mood can do to turn this around?
Heed working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Mood's head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mood has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Heed can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Heed pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mood is keeping the position for now.

Heed got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mood has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Heed has managed to get both his arms back between Mood's legs - danger averted.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Heed is in close to Mood's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Heed scoring with some ground and pound.

Heed avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Mood is breathing heavily.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Heed's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Heed scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Heed wants to pass the guard but Mood is keeping the position.
Heed lands a couple of elbows.
Heed scoring with punches to the head and body.
Heed gets to his feet and stands over Mood, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Mood felt that one! Heed unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Mood from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mongolia Heed!
Mongolia Heed got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'
